Introduction
By using this website, by submitting application(s), other document(s) to E-VISA system (evisa.mfa.am) I acknowledge/certify that I have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Periodically the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter-MFA) may modify these Terms and Conditions. Please continue to review this agreement whenever accessing or using this site. Before you use our services, please take time to read them carefully.
About E-VISA system
E-VISA Issuance system is a secure government portal run by the MFA.
Processing time
The processing time for visas quoted by E-VISA system is normally 3 (three) working days. Processing time should be calculated starting from the next business day after your application's online submission day through E-VISA system. MFA is entitled to request additional information and documents, which may cause delay of the application concerned.
Fees and Payments
I hereby agree to pay all fees and charges for consular services required by E-VISA system.By "E-payments" - an electronic system for State duties and payments, it is possible to pay the fees for consular services.
I acknowledge that the granting of visa is a sovereign right of the issuing country. Its refusal is not subject to any refund or appeal except in cases provided by the law.
The main reasons for refusal of the visa are stipulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Foreigners.
Communication
By using this site and its services I agree to be contacted when appropriate by MFA or its authorised service provider through all possible means of communication within the scope of the visa application processing.
Security
By submitting my application form, I certify that the information I provide is true, correct to the best of my knowledge, which shall be treated in accordance with the law on personal data protection and other related legislation.

Restrictions on Use
This site is intended to use by adults over 18 years of age. It shall not be used for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions. You may not use this site for any reason other than its intended purpose. If you submit any information to our site, you agree not to post or transmit pyramid schemes or chain letters, a virus or any other harmful component, anything that violates the copyright or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, anything that is defamatory, abusive, libelous, unlawful, obscene, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, pornographic, harmful, or that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
I hereby agree that any use, action and any other behavior within the whole process of E-visa application will be conducted in accordance with the laws and regulations and established practices of Armenia.
The above-mentioned clauses constitute an agreement between you and E-VISA system provider and owner. Failure to comply with the provisions of this agreement shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such provisions or of the right to apply such provisions. No waiver, amendment, or other modification made by the applicant shall be valid or binding unless submitted in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
