We are writing to inform you that some ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) applicants have experienced issues with their approved ESTAs being marked "expired" by the US government.
Unfortunately, the government does not disclose the reason for this expiration.
To ensure a smooth travel experience, we recommend verifying the validity of your ESTA before your departure using the button below.
If your ESTA is no longer valid, we recommend applying directly through the US government as this is their recommended approach.
You can re-apply by clicking here, and clicking Apply (Individual Application).
Additionally, if you need to re-apply through the government, please let us know you did by clicking the button below so we can reimburse you for your initial application with Sherpa.
